Beautiful recipe. I made them last night and all 12 were eaten straight away by my family. I just added a tea spoon of vanilla extract into my cake mixture as I love vanilla. I've got a really sweet tooth so I added extra icing sugar into the cream cheese. I also made my own marzipan carrots to put on top. To do this I added orange natural food dye into marzipan and rolled it out into carrot shapes. To make the leaves on the top of the carrots I used Green colouring in some more Marzipan and added them to the top of the carrots. I want to thank you for this recipe. I'm not keen on nuts so it was nice to find a recipe without the nuts in the mixture. I used low fat Philadelphia soft cheese for the cream cheese. I also used silicone cupcake cases as they are good for the enviromnment as they can be re-used again :)

I get just what you mean , being alive these days seems all together then it was back in the old days . I am sure that our grand parents didn't concern themselves with this , technology as we know it from many angles helps change things for both the good and the bad. Reckon I have an old school point of view , however I recall when a hard days work was the norm . A hand shake would get you a loan, you could trust if your kids were outside by themselves they were safe , and things were not as costly. I suppose prices are always going to increase , but you know I don't know why how come we can't return to the days when neighbors really cared about each other and actually knew each others names. I suppose that is a thing of the past , but hey, its a great day to be alive , so I suppose I otta just keep moving forward.

My son has (so far) managed to eat his way through one and a half packets of this stuff, so I thought perhaps I should give it a go. Jeepers, but I thought it was truly disgusting. Hard, not crunchy, dull flavour instead of chocolatey and took for EVER to eat. They are saying it's healthier - well it is for me, as I won't be bothering with it again! LOL

I was just doing some web browsing on my Blackberry during my break at work , and I happened across something I thought was intriguing. It linked over to your site so I jumped over. I can't really find the relevance between your site and the one I came from, but your site good none the less .
